The AC was really good and we had hot water available 24/7. the location was quiet which made it nice to sleep well at night. We were also close to the main road and had easy access to a nearby tea shop.

The staff didn't seem very organized and there was no one at the reception desk even though we had informed them about our arrival time. we were charged more than market rate for bottled water and there were no complimentary items or breakfast included in the stay.
